I mentioned in an article titled, Body Sculpting from the inside first before seeking solutions, that is about the power in personal manifestation recently. The topic was on the connection to a suggestion that came up through meditation. It was on the possibility of tapping into body sculpting using intention through a particular focus of attention and alignment. I was willing to explore it as it fit seamlessly with my meditation. The manifestation was more expansive and deeper than I could have predicted. It’s a personal experience.
For me, it emphasized the power of a human being tapping into their own abilities to manifest with the awareness and that personal manifestation is active in every nanosecond we experience. It is in every story we tell ourselves, tell others and the very pattern of our thinking. Every thought that arises and passes through our mind is manifesting our own outcomes. What stays silent in our minds and we don’t speak of out loud to others believing it’s private and protected, isn’t silent at all. It becomes one’s reality. A reality that extends to ones appearance and functional expressions. The seeds to learning this began through meditation practice. The traditional meditation I was introduced to began with retraining the minds thinking patterns. The thoughts were observed and a skill development was to learn how to not attach to them. Active learning to simply notice them and then come back to the breath. Over time this practice slowed the number of thoughts arising and then slowed them down as they pasted through the mind. Eventually leading to big gaps between thoughts. In the place of these thoughts the five senses reappeared as the source of information.
In the process of transition another system or function in the brain activated. It was greater than the earlier pattern of the closed cycle of thinking that stimulated the experience for living behaviours prior to it. Choices were more clear and less emotional as clarity and understanding expanded. I personally noticed that the internal thinking patterns kept the emotions activated resulting in reactional living choices versus grounded and sound living responses. Based upon experience in integrating these patterns into mentoring and coaching in active living engagements, ie. movement patterns, speaking patterns, thinking patterns, etc., for personal clarity and increased function, I have witnessed shifts in others which has supported this perspective. This perspective is that each one of us creates our own human experience and living conditions. Everything we think, say and act on is the intention that reflects back in us and through us. It extends to how we interpret ourselves and others, our opinions, our assumptions, expectations and belief systems. They are the intention that is activated in ones experience and each inner projection becomes a thought or action and the personal lesson of the person activating it in themselves. Some call it karma. Karma has no attachment to negative or positive results. It’s simply consequences.
As a coach, mentor and teacher, I have witnessed the karma shift in ones experience from negative to positive through their own inner shifts in processing information, whether it is through functional micro-movement patterns, functional thinking patterns, functional listening and speaking patterns, or a change in their actual environmental stimulus. Our focus of attention is on the process and not the judgements, labels and expectations. It’s on the real in the somatic experience and possibilities that reframes the cognitive patterns. Retraining the brain, one moment at a time with conscious awareness.
The thing for the skeptics, is that unconsciously this exact pattern is happening in each of us in every moment without our awareness and control. It is silently and actively directing us to live through the input of information that we are are observing, hearing and feeling, touching and tasting. It is the only way that groups of people can listen to a bully and ignore their own humanity when ganging up on others. There is a disconnect in their own inner function as in the design of the human being that has the receptors to identify someone being false and who is lying. The person listening and going along with it is turning off this inner system skill set that essentially leads to ill mental, emotional and physical health. Their intention to ignore their inner system and follow the intention that someone is giving them is disconnecting them from their inner power and life force (for lack of better word to describe it).
Science is catching up and presenting cases that confirms the message written above written through my own experience. It acknowledges it is recognized and being studied, researched and formally presented.
Some scientists are researching and studying early bibles to identify where newer versions have eliminated text when rewritten. They are exploring the missing text and have their theories. I am not a scientist or philosopher, so will not write on it from authority. I do believe each person who uses religion as a higher power should explore this for themselves though, as they are playing with half a deck. I will share that I have a personal perspective on it though based upon my own growing awareness from personal experience.
In the observation of witnessing powerful change in others is that the pattern I opened with is one that was trying to be erased from our human experience. Human beings are powerful in creating outcomes. As we know from witnessing and experiencing the unconsciousness in our own history that created random chaos. Imagine if it was used with conscious awareness? Each of us has the parts for developing a powerful skill set, however, the will to do so has been highjacked through distractions. Some of us will shift. The questions is will enough of us wake up to the potential?
The saddest observation for me are the variables that identifies the differences in our current condition. It is the differences between those who wake up to it, who experience life with less effort and more abundance, and those who doggedly hang on to the past conditioning of struggle with effort, pain, suffering and bad aging. It is all expressed through body function, body expression, topics focused on from emotions of guilt, shame, blame, jealousy, anger, rage, revenge, etc. That is not a happy life and it changes the body on a cellular level. which shows up through body appearance and function. In my opinion our living is our intention and manifestation. It shows in ones appearance and functional conditioning.
