Focus of this education is: Enhanced understanding of self, others and environment through focused integration of stimulus, function and action.  

The core seeds of the learning focuses are through the authenticity of the experiential learning with students and their personal transformations. The seed patterns are based upon what has worked with reflections on what didn’t. They are not a cognative focus on strategies.

Two perspectives and outcomes of integration:

  1. Cognative strategies with no foundation of actional experince
  2. Integration of felt sense experience through movement and emotional reactions that form cognative reactions or responses.

Both perspectives are developed throguh repetativeness


Renee has integrated models of practical applications with a focus on integrating new behaviour through interactive experiences. This includes functional movement integration, emotional functional integrations through movement and relationships, and functional integration of the environmental stimulus to triggers. Combining the insights from these responsive behavioural patterns resulted from the live experience of working with students of all ages, who transformed by tapping back into their early learning patterns they had lost.  

These patterns do not enable existing learned behaviour, rather they support new learning patterns learning that increase healthier habits, movement patterns, thinking and spoken patterns. It introduces spontaneous communication with a core focus on a value system, spontaneous movement with a core focus on movement through the skeleton that responds to pushing off the ground, and the spontaneous felt sense responses at the core triggers of response that inspires movement, emotions, and eventually thinking.

The adult institutionalized educational focus point is on the perspective through thinking. The early learning patterns each person was born with isn’t a perspective, it is the actual felt senses that develop the range of functional movement and integrate the ability to think, understand and process information. The adult version is the unconscious patterns from observing, feeling, touching, tasting and smelling their surrounding environmental stimulus. The somatic learning education intention here is to balance the two perspectives through learning. It is not a one-size-fits-all learning style. It’s designed to be an individual exploration through spontaneity. This educational system is organized that results in a similar spontaneous outcome that reflects a mindfulness state achieved through meditation and meditative retreats. The difference in these toolkits follows:

  • one disconnects from active living interactions to achieve greater experiential connection
  • one shifts disconnection to connection thorugh the interactive experinces while in the process

She has studied and practiced methods that were designed for cultivating personal awareness from the inside out, such as Buddhist-type meditation, giving clarity to patterns of learning that would support somatic and empathic learners. This insight gave her the oversight on patterns that each child is born with and redirects and hijacks away through the introduction of organized education that begins in early childhood. Why? Adults creating the materials for educational programs are no longer tapped into the first early learning patterns that are founded upon the five senses. The current education system separates children from their senses and natural development patterns be replacing the somatic awareness learning patterns at the center with a focus on conceptual theory. The theory has a focus on the history, memorization, academic subjects, comparison, competition, right and wrong thinking, moral judgements, assessment and more that create debate-style communication patterns.
